Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my map?
Yes! We accept returns on both personalized and non-personalized maps. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To start a return, simply email us at support@pushpinmapexpress.com for more information. Once we receive the return, we will refund the credit card used to place the order.
My map was damaged. Can I get a replacement?
Yes! If you have received a damaged item, please email us pictures of the damaged package and map. With this information, we can file a claim with the courier and get a replacement map shipped to you ASAP.
Can I exchange my map for another style?
Yes! If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return procedures above. After you initiate your return, simply place a new order online. Please reach out to us if you need additional details on how to exchange your product.
Placing An Order
How do I personalize my map?
Personalize your map with our easy personalization process! Simply enter your title, the lines of text you would like (up to four), preview your legend and type your initials to approve your design! More info here.
After you place your order, we will print your map with your personalized legend just as you have created it! (often within minutes -- we're fast!)
Please be sure to check your map legend for errors and make sure it's perfect, as what is shown in your Legend Preview is exactly what will be printed.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! We can cancel your order for both personalized or non-personalized maps and items as long as they have not been shipped. After an order is shipped, it is unable to be canceled and it must be returned or exchanged.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via all major credit cards including but not limited to Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and JCB.
We do not accept PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay at this time.
Can I request a map style or region aside from World and USA?
No. At this time, we do not offer any additional regions and are unable to create custom maps.
What size are your maps?
All of our maps are 36" x 24". Currently, we are unable to produce maps in custom sizes.
Shipping Policies
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the shipping method you choose, the distance the order must travel to get to you, and the contents of your order.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship only to the contiguous 48 US states.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
No, we only ship to the contiguous United States at this time.
Do you ship to FPO/APO or PO Boxes?
Yes, we can ship to those addresses via USPS. Please select USPS as the courier upon check-out if you are shipping to a FPO/APO or PO Box address.
Do you offer Express Shipping?
Yes! We offer expedited shipping options for most domestic addresses for an additional charge. If you do not see an express option when checking out, it means you are located in a zone that already gets 2-day shipping, or that your item ships USPS, through which we only offer standard shipping.
When will I receive my map?
Our processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. ET will typically be shipped the following business day.
In-transit shipping times are based on your location and distance from Central Ohio, where we are located. Within the US, your map will typically arrive in 2-5 business days.
My map hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
In the case of a lost item, we can file an inquiry with the courier after approximately 15 days have passed with no new tracking updates.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship a replacement package unless it is confirmed as lost by the courier.
